So I am 180 lb.s and although I have a narrow waist, I am not nearly as 'chiseled' as I had hoped to be at this weight. Pictures would be redundant as I have not made vastly visible results since the last pic at 188 lb.s. I have had enough fat (and muscle
) loss though at this point to call the cut a success. My peak bulking weight this summer was 212 lb.s and at 180 I have dropped 32 lb.s total on this cut. It is time to go to a maintenance diet with a new training approach geared towards heavy lifting for some long-needed muscle mass gain: see my next log: MAX-STIMULATION FOR MASS.
