alright here it is...
I train 3x week... odn't workout on weekends cuz gym is waaay to loaded...
On monday, I have a sport class at my college (badminton)... this course ends at around 3pm... and i have 2 classes in the morning... so i'd have to workout probably late night, like around 8pm (and the gym willl be loaded
)... would their be any other options than switching my sport class?
anybody ever experienced somthing similar or have any suggestions??
