Type of diet

I used to way 269lbs. I am @ 192lbs. right now and I have some flabby skin on my waist , arms, and legs. I am on my first week of HST and I was wondering what type of diet and eating habits should I consider while on this program to get rid of the fat so I can actually see my results. Also what are negatives? Thanks in advance

Welcome aboard! If you are on your first week of HST then you owe it to yourself to go through the HST FAQ if you haven't already done so, where all is revealed in glorious detail! :) If you have read the FAQ then have another look cos negatives (eccentrics) are explained therein (see Chapter 9).
