Ud 2.0

    Ive decided to do the ultimate diet for the next two weeks in the run up to xmas. Im sitting at around about 84kg/13%....ish. I feel fine fatwise now but I know how much garbagr Ill eat and how much beer n wine Ill drink over the festive period. Im just giving myself a good starting point for the oncoming over-indulgience.

    Ive been taking pics of tje gut-area so Ill post a montage in a weeks time with my progress. Looking to get back down to sub 10%

    Without a couple of additional weeks to stabilize that could be trouble.

    Youre going to have to elaborate. Stabilize after the cut?

    Yep. If you go right from that diet into a holiday binge you are going to blow up like a balloon.

    RFL and UD 2.0 are very different, just bear that in mind ;)

    I see. I wont be going straight into a binge. My last plannef day of glycogen depletion is one week before christmas. Im not too worried about blowing up.
