As the topic title and description suggest, if you have any recorded videos of some of your lifts, please post them here. This way, we will have most of them all in one place for easy access.

Before we get started, someone post how to use UTube or such to do this. No movie camera, but I have a good digital camera that takes 15 sec. "films" but have no idea how to put this on the web. I've been wanting to do just that for you guys.

First!

Quad,

1. Download the video to your computer.

2. Sign up at:
a) http://video.google.com/
b) http://www.youtube.com/

3. Follow the instructions for uploading a video.

If you need to modify your video, Windows Movie Maker comes free on most newer computers. I think it may be a free download. I am not certain.

1. Import your videos.

2. Split your videos as needed to reduce down time or file size.

3. String them together in the story board.

4. Publish the movie.

5. Upload it via the previous instructions.

Seeing that this thread hasn't been used for personal videos much yet, how about also using it for links to inspiring and extraordinary lifting vids?

Here's one:

Unreal benching!

I'm not going to be the one to mention the dangers of a thumbless grip!

I don't get it, what could possibly go wrong when you bench 585 with a thumbless grip?

One thing is certain about that man's lift: he wasn't extending fully, i.e. his ROM was less than what it should be.

It's evidently a fake. But the question is: How did he do it? I guess the plates are fakes. It's hilarious when he pauses the weight on his chest at about rep 20 and then carries on.

Gee, I was ever so fooled..."C'mon John!"
You could immediately tell by the speed of course - anyone who could handle that weight at that speed would be able to bench 1000 easy.

hahahahahaha...i don't care what the rom is....if a guy was able to plop down on a bench like that and toss up 585 raw like that for 23 reps or half reps, whatever, he'd easily be the strongest bencher in the world, he'd make ryan kennelly embarrassed with himself...nobody here will ever see something like that in his lifetime....not even with the removal of the myostatin gene and a whole arsenal of drugs.....that was 225 at the most, maybe only 135

Anyway, hope you're feeling good and get over the surgery soon LOL. Good luck with the cutting

watch these if you want to be turned off working out ;) :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=htbQ9UdbABw&NR=1 (this made me squirm, but i'm not sure whether it's fake)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=htbQ9UdbABw&NR=1 (hehe the song just makes it more hilarious)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=htbQ9UdbABw&NR=1 (whoa... that's all i can say)

but ANYWAYS i don't have any of myself lifting, but there are certainly some inspiring vids out there:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=conJsfsiKMo (don't mind the thumbless close-grip bench ;) )
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TvrIp8Er2d0&feature=related
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mK6hc3J4e88&feature=related (even though at times he's using alot of momentum and short ROM, it's inspirin to see someone use a ton of weight anyways ;) )

Wow that sure is called Deadly Deadlift for a reason. LOL, funny as hell though and it has to be fake. It's hard to believe anyone would be that stupid. At one time when he was jerking back, I was expecting him to drop on his back and start benching that lol

A little light refreshment: My vid of the day. Great form and great bod!

Sure it's only 123lb but then she only weighs 123lb. I'm impressed.

15 x bodyweight OHS
