Whey take up

We all know whey is a quickly ingested protein but my question concerns the percentage of take up of whey.

If taking 30g of whey compared to 30g of casein, will all 30g of whey protein be used as efficiently as 30g of casein (which will raise amino acids in the blood for a lot longer).

I have 30g of whey pre and post workout (followed by whole meat protein an hour later) and I also have s shake in the morning reasoning that the muscles need protein as soon as possible after a nights sleep. I'm worried that the body can't utilise all 30g in the time it takes to peak and then fall away again leading to it being wasted (out of my rear end!).

If this doesn't hold true then you would have thought, say taking casein before bed, you wouldneed about 90g of casein instead of 30g....?
