I was wondering: I do a fullbody workout every other day. Would it be a good or bad idea to stop working out my stomach on training days and doing that workout on the off day?
Ex: Monday, fullbody minus stomach
tuesday: stomach, wednesday: fullbody minus stomach and so on?
The reason that I pick out stomach is because I have the equipment to train that at home!
