Workout and Post workout drinks

I'm trying to determine if my nutrition during and after my workout is appropriate. I am trying to loose alittle body fat and have decided to do this during my 15's and 10's.
Here is what I do:
During my workout....
1 litre of water with....
1/2 scoop of whey powder...............11 gms protein
8 oz of cranberry juice.....................32 gms carb
Post workout..
1/2 scoop whey..............................11 gms protein
8 oz cranberry................................32 gms carb
1/4 cup sorbet...............................15 gms carb( very sweet)
with 1 litre of water.
So during and immediately after I consume 22gms protein and 79 gms of carbs plus water.
I eat again about 1 1/2 hours after all this and try and get at least 25 gms of protein and same carbs.

I'm trying to get about 150gms a day..trying.
I weigh about 165.
I use a softeare program that's quite good called Diet Power. It's great for keeping track of everything you eat, exercise and all forms of supplements and macronutrients, counts calories etc.
From reading other threads it appears everyone tries to stay away from carbs later in the day. Is this true?
