Refeed day.... WOW!

Some of you might know that I'm trying the carb backloading diet... About 500-700Kcal under maintenance.
I did a refeed yesterday... About 2000 calories over my maintenance.
And this morning, I look like I put on 10-15lbs more muscle! Incredible!
Over 300g of carbs I took in, and 160g of protein... The rest fat.
I didn't consume fluids like I normally do (except a litre of beer!)

So, am I retaining water today? Are my muscles topped up more with glucose today? Both?
The scale says I'm about 1.5lbs heavier today, compared to yesterday.

I think I'll try to adjust my macros towards more carbs (normally 80-110g) and less fat (to keep my Kcal in check).

Anyone know how many Kcal in 160g carbs and 160g protein?
 
So 1280 cal, which leaves me about 320 or so calories for fat, which is just 35g...Yikes!
Thatll be tough to follow...
I do burn up to 500Kcal a day with working out and walking, so that leaves me a little more room...
 
Because I've already set my arbitrary limit at below maintenance...
If I feel (Or the scale says) I'm losing too fast or not fast enough, I have those "calories burned" to make adjustments...
If the fat is coming off too fast, then I can feed on more protein :)

Between the Jefit app (workouts), Endomondo and Lose it! App, I can get a rough idea on my expenditures...
