    Hi my right arm is slightly bigger than my left. From my forarm to around the bicep/tricep area. I have always trained both arms so I just wonder why ones got slightly bigger. Same with my pectoral aswell. I'm sure my right is bigger than my left. I dunno I may just be getting paranoid.

    lol I shown my sister my bicep the other day she said "eeerrrrr" as in gros lol. To me it was a compliment though. I'm 5,11 and 155lbs lol so I dunno what she was so descusted about lol wonder what she will say when I get bigger.

    I don't see why they wouldnt stimulate muscle and induce growth and strengh but I suppose people would argue of what works best. ie machine bench or normal bench press.     Your right about nuts in my book it says per 100g roasted and saulted peanuts you get 602 calories. So if I had 200g or nuts I get 1204 calories.
