I've been on HST for over a year, and though I've made some decent gains, I feel like I'm stagnating. I'm looking at specializing my bench/military press and backing off my squat/deads. I've posted my current routine below. Any thoughts?

I've miscalculated weights for 15's and the first 4 days of the cycle have been a bit of a shambles. If I want to restart the cycle with some new weights, do I;
a.) Start again fresh on Monday (last session was on the 26th of this month)
b.) Start again on the 1st of this month...

I'm aware that I'm breaking with the convention but would it be unreasonable to alter my cycle in the following way:
Weeks 1-2 - 15s
Weeks 3-4 - 12s
Weeks 5-6 - 10s
Weeks 7-8 - 8s
Weeks 9-12 -5s
Weeks 13 SD
I'm extending the cycle by an extra month but I'm looking at getting some more...
