Mike: From my first cycle (post 5s) my deads were at 315lbs. I used this for my 5RM this cycle. I included deads from 5s and they went up to 355lbs by the end of the post 5s, by...
Lol,
Deads are almost always higher than squats. In my opinion this is an indicator that Deads may be an over all better mass builder than squats.
What did you deadlift 5 rep max before the cycle and did you include them in your cycle?
I'm the same Hight and weight as you so I'm extra curious

I agree with Rakki And Techo. Breastfeeding will suck up alot of calories. I've seen it in my wife several times.
If Mrs. Joe Muscle starts to train and breast feed at the same time ask her to breastfeed before training or the Milk will taste bitter to the baby. Good Luck Daddy!

Dan,
You're absolutely correct. No one has to defend HST as it stands on it's own and I admit my choice of verbiage was wrong. What I meant was that it would be interesting to read a discussion between Bryan and Drew on this topic. I could go back and defend my beliefs but couldn't do it...
Hey I'm with you man! In fact I recognize people here who used to post on Dr. Darden's site. It was Loll who provided me a link to this site and now I'm Half way through my 5s on my first cycle. It feels euphoric to finally be growing again.
The author of that piece was Drew Baye, A man I...
This is what Drew Baye had to say about HST on Dr Darden's HIT website. Care to comment Brian?
"I've spoken with a few people far more knowledgeable regarding the research than Bryan, and most of them say he took quite a few things out of context, and was very selective in which research...
