    Complex vs. simple carbs.

    Well complex carbs defiantly rise and fall much more slowy then simple carbs and provide a constant source of energy and also help reduce hunger between meals. I believe its best to eat simple carbs with a protein drink post workout as there is a much sharper rise in BGL(Blood Glucose Level)...

    Hi Folks, I was reading about calculating my BMR at http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/HSreport/iss04/index.html#art_1 but didnt see it mention if the calculation is performed on LMB or FM, i would pressume LMB but i could be wrong so just want to make sure. Obviously i need to loose this...

    HST Calculator Instructions

    I would be happy to work with Bryan in creating a new HST calculator one that can export to a text or csv file using some php server side scripting and flash or html but need to know the formulas if any? Make it bigger better easier? Anyway just a thought, if interested just email or send PM.
