    Hello, Wondering if using db;s in the bench (incline, or for that matter flat) is ok to use instead of the barbell. I may not have aspotter at all times and wonder if I am missing anything.     Off topic but very interesting

    Well in 2003or 4 T3 came out and he was back in shape. He can lose it or get in great shape like nobody. Just look at the 1980 Mr. O where he got it back. I doubt his schedule allows him a lot of time to workout and he is always eating as he is being offered free food everywhere. I guess he is...

    Starting after 2 months layoff

    Thanks, I think I may be able to make some great gains like I did in my first year of lifting. WHat I did (I was 19-20) was lift 6 days a week. Not sure if I can get away with that now, but I did see something here about a 6 day a week routine.
