    I don't know, but I love rowing. I really get into it and just wanna pull that cross bar out of the wall. I don't know if that's good or not but sometimes, you just got to do it cos it feels so good. I wish i had a machine at home.

    According to Thomas Kurz, author of stretching scientifically it is a good idea not to use passive stretches in a warm up but to do them after a work out, maybe as part of a cool down. But dynamic stretches (not to be confused with the potentially injurous ballistic stretching) should be okay...

    Well anything green, broccoli and cabbage are great. But better yet are seeds, pumpkin in particular. Of course theres always the supplimentation route, though I tend to avoid that myself.

    Are you eating your veggies? I've heard magnesium deficiency can cause shaking. Might not be the answer though.
