im currently doing an 8x8 outine this is what my split looks like
can anyone suggest something that maybe added or changed
monday
shoulder press 8x8 15 second rests
dips 8x8 15 sec rest
lateral raises 3x8 30 sec rest
close grip bench 3x8 30 sec rest
tuesday
regular deadlifts 3x8 (2-4 min...
well i m taking this from the main site, but i'd liek to ask where the regular deadlifts are? I love doing them i don't wanna have to stop doing them!
I would do this MWF and maybe i could do regular deadlifts on tuesday?
