    Ya totally agree on cluster use; once my 5's are finished I go into clusters for the next 2 weeks mixed with drops. My experience has been full body AM/PM 3x week being the optimal for me; if you can do 6 days go for it and tread lightly.

    I wouldn't worry about pre/post just make sure total intake is around 1200-1500/d or less. it's different if your competing with a loading phase and a depletion phase before a contest.

    Just finishing my 15's this Friday; will keep everyone posted once cycle finished. I start hitting the 65-70% 1RM near the end of my 10's, if anything it'll save my elbows doing 6 sets of 3 instead of 4 of 5's so we'll see. I hope to see others with much more experience than me explore this...

    3000 calories is perfect if your happy with current stats; IMO I would drop 3-500 cals/day. Could be 2 possibilities; maybe longer SD; full 2 weeks of 15's and definitely get some blood work. What % weight increase from cycle to cyle? Very strange that you hit a plateau at end of 3.
