Missing a  Wokrout

I missed my friday workout this week because i had to work late and stayed up later on top of that. Today's Sunday, but should i do friday's workout today? and go with the regular schedule on monday? or forget the friday and just continue on with monday's workout? I'm on my 1st week of 5's.
 
I would personally do Friday's workout today, but it's not a big deal if you don't.

Either way is fine.

If you want to keep your timetable (I mean you really have to end the cycle on a specific pre-determined date), then you might just want to skip the workout you missed and do monday's work on monday.

If that's not the case, you can do the workout you missed the net time you workout. That means your schedule will be extended by one workout, no big deal.
