    Expiration dates are set rather conservatively, so I wouldn't worry about it one bit. Probably wouldn't say the same thing if they were more than a yr out of date though. Just make sure there is no mold or anything and that the seal is still good and you should be fine.

    Glutamine is wasted money, read the FAQ's if you would like to learn more. Driver is not a fast actintg protein, it is slow and intended for use after workouts. Any herb/natural blend sold claiming to increase tesosterone production is a scam. They likely will make little if any difference...

    What will have the greatest impact on your rear delts is heavy compound movements.....same as any other muscle group. Make sure to go as heavy as possible on seated rows, t-bar rows, pullups, etc.

    yeah I will usually eat less carbs on nontraining days than on the days that I lift. Except during the 15's.
