    Sorry JW Two things you can do: 1 - Lay off exercises that are hurting your shoulders and go by feel from there! 2 - If the pain persists, even though you are trying to avoid direct shoulder work (this does not seem to be the case) then yep SD and get that shoulder fixed!

    Dave Although it is ok to do what you want to do, it is not really profitable! Better to do one exercise (skullcrushers) and maybe introduce a second or evenb a third one when you reach the 5's or negatives as metabolic stress inducers.

    Michel We are getting better :D But what I really mean is, hit failure on the last day of each week, at the last rep. It would be no good hitting failure before you get to your target reps. I think that will make it a productive cycle. :)
