    Yeah, thru my 10s and now into my 5s (2nd week) I've been zig-zagging. Gains have been noticable so I guess it works. As for repeating 5s...how does that work? You just repeat the same increments for a further 2 weeks (eg 1-2-3 4-5-6 and then 1-2-3 4-5-6 again) or stick on the 5rm and do drops??

    Lucid - like I said in one of Skiny's earlier posts (and Tot elaborated on) was to concentrate on Triceps if you havent done so already. They make up most of your arm so if anythings gonna make'em look bigger - tricep growth will. Dips and kickbacks seem popular.

    No expert on frequency but on the way the HST FAQs go I would have thought 3x a week would be fine. Make sure you hit the triceps well tho...its the biggest part of your arm and thus makes up the most mass. I've made the mistake of not training them properly this cycle.

    Girl friend or not...sleep is very important! You need to rest both physically as well as mentally. I'm sure hormone levels/muscle recovery will be altered which will affect gains... At least u dont have kids (I assume)!!

    What is the best diet for HST?

    I would have thought 50%/25%/25% (carb/pro/fat) or similar. Low carb would prolly be for those who gain fat easily and dont want the xtra carbs during bulking....tho I dont see how u can keep carbs low and still bulk up efficiently.

    I weighed myself on Friday night and by Sunday night I'd lost near 1Kg? That must be wrong! Yeah I'm a hard-gainer but jeez... I ate at the same time, went to the toilet etc etc all the same routine. I hadn't eaten very well on saturday (only about 2600kcals) and only about 200 more on Sunday...

    Chinese is gooooooooooooooooooooood (crispy noodles with chicken & black bean). Skinny - I know Progain is supposed to be pretty good - it mixes with water (my current one mixes with milk so it ends up more expensive). Or just drink cows of milk.
