    Thanks Mikeh... I actually am hoping to go overkill on the protein... see if I can eat 165 grams, and then supplement with a couple drinks. I'm just having a time figuring out apporximately how much whole good equals 165 gr protein! I looked at Fitday... that'll be a help. Tom

    More questions on creatine...

    I used creatine hit and miss this cycle... so I think I just wasted my time. Next cycle I'd like to do it right. The stuff I'll be using is: Supertech... 1 heaping teaspoon= 5g. Do I want to do the loading phase? Do I need to take it more than once per day? More than 1 teaspoon? Workout days...

    I heard about 1-AD from someone at the gym. He gets it @ Max Muscle. I'm 48, not very big... does stuff like that work? What does it do? The stuff is about $50 a bottle... There's no way I can invest that much in something that doesn't have a dramatic effect. Thanks! Tom
