    Hey Don't become impatient - you are currently at 2nd week of the "hypertrophic stage", cause 15s do not induce growth signifficantly. You will probably gain some more muscle during 5s and negatives. Provide enough food and I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results.

    No diet at all. I eat anything I want. I don't notice any negative consequences. The duration of SD is too short to cause some serious muscle loss.

    It's difficult to predict. Personally, I think you will not get smaller, but the load will not be sufficient to induce further growth, since you're rather advanced lifter.

    Thanks, but that's not what I mean:) It was mainly about increasing the numeber of sets to maintain relatively the same TUT. 15 x 1 = 15 10 x 2 = 20 5 x 4 = 20 As far as I remember it was posted somewhere with "think-muscle" in url - but I may be wrong.

    Well, it's advisable in most cases to reduce the amount of exercises when load is getting heavy, particulary in 5RM and further, and focus on compound movements, dropping out unnecessary isolations.
