    Does anyone know if they make UNsweetened canned yams or sweet potatos? I looked for them at Kroger, they had about 7 or 8 different brands, but all of them were canned in some type of sweet syrup. Should I give the healthy food store a try or do they just not make unsweetened canned yams?
