    Neck pain

    Guys, I need some opinions. A while ago, I got this brutal muscle pain in the back of my neck, while I was doing chinups. It's a pretty intense pain, and it always ends up giving me a harsh headache too for the rest of the day. Anyways, now it's come back, and its happening almost every workout...

    or you could always put the db between the feet. thats what im doing now, and its not a problem, even for high weights.

    10 cycle

    are the 10's really necessary guys? what is the purpose of them. I figure I might as well just jump into the 5 cycle right after im done with 15's... what do you guys think?
