    make the 15s hurt then. i know 15 reps with a lightweight can seem easy. point is to keep them really slow until you feel the burn settin in, then finish up the set gradually getting faster/closer to failure. if you aren't feeling anything- then you're doin something incorrectly i think.

    kate careful with negative leg curls....put a massive amount of what felt like sheering force on my knee.....dropped them after one workout. not worth the risk, negative leg extensions are just fine though, actually made my knees feel better neg leg curl total junk.

    i know you don't want to seem pushy, but if you don't catch people's eye when they're skimming over the 100 other flyers on the bulletin boards, then the effort is wasted, you're kind of handcuffed as to what you can put on there. i'm definitely up for it, when it's available- i'll do it.

    sweeeet dude, training hst style on your abs may be the cause for the increased waistline, but that is certainly the first time i've seen an increased waistline like that on hst....most people slim down on it. although you are losign fat so you are slimming down, but your abs are just pushing...
