    Okay , i work out with a few guys. and well we've been having a disargeement over which is better. seated shoulder press or standing should press. So i'm going to ask people who probably know more then us. So which is better? (i prefer seated dumbell press) ;) :confused:

    The problem isn't probably your head it could be something else , have you gone to the doctor? it could be something wrong with you spine. Like your form is putting to much pressure on the nerves inside the spine as you lift, that can also cause headache.

    Hello, i'm new to this program. but i need some help i have a 44 inch chest and i'm only 16 and i don't want it any bigger i want to gain mass in my legs, arms and shoulders mainly. is there any way i could gain mass is thoses areas , without gaining any in my chest?
