    Last meal

    Two scoops of whey protein, aproximately 45 grams of protein before i go to bed. There are a few carbs per scoop (3) so I have wondered if that might contribute to my gut or if its to few to really matter.

    1 suggestion is to weigh yourself the same time every day.. prefferably first thing in the morning, naked and after goin to the bathroom. Throughout the day you fluxuate with water weight and food.
