15RM one day isn´t 15RM another day!

Hi,

I would love to ask this question im my training log, unfortunatelly I´m not able to post there anything because of reason I do not understand. I asked for help admin twice but he didn´t responded so far ( it has been couple of days!).

I have following issue:

I´m just trying HST. I tested my 15RM and designed my load according to that. But: for example, this day I didn´t sleep well and my food wasn´t so good either so I had big problem to lift 80% of my 15RM!!! My technique wasn´t clear and some excercises I even wasn´t able to finish with all 15 rep!

I implemented following solution ( for now) : I´ll lower weight and if I feel that bigger load would be too much instead of increasing weight I increase duration of TUT and do technique more clear.

What do you think?

PS: sorry for poor Engrish, I hope you somehow understand my question...
 
If you are having an off day, just don't work out that day. Move your workout to the next day. Or just get as many reps as you can with the prescribed load. Or just cluster your reps to get to 15.
