I’m really sore after a week of training after only 1 week off. Not had that for a while !DL; 5-200kg, 3-220kg, 7x2-240kg@7.5.8. Incredibly short of sleep in the past week, so didn’t push to 250kh doubles as intended.
Two weeks off for holiday. Friday 23 Feb is going to leave some massive DOMS after that.
Still strong though! I felt weak as a kitten after a week offDL; 5-200kg, 3-220kg, 1-240kg@8-8.5. 250kg wasn’t happening, peak strength detrained after 17 days off from DL. 3x3-220kg@7.5.
