Other than the sleep deprivation only a parent can know ... I’ll be back to a 1RM of 300kg once that gets sorted.

How’re you flying these days?
 
Tuesday;

PHBBS; 5-100kg, 4x3-120kg@7.

DL; 5-200kg, 3-220kg@7.

Had to cut short due to early morning apppointment, no rows.
 
DL; 5-200kg, 3-220kg, 7x2-240kg@7.5.8. Incredibly short of sleep in the past week, so didn’t push to 250kh doubles as intended.

Two weeks off for holiday. Friday 23 Feb is going to leave some massive DOMS after that.

I’m really sore after a week of training after only 1 week off. Not had that for a while !

Rows; 5x 8–120kg@8.5.

Bit tight and sore after 10hrs in a steel bird yesterday.

Deadlifts again on Monday, hopefully 250kg is still there.
 
DL; 5-200kg, 3-220kg, 1-240kg@8-8.5. 250kg wasn’t happening, peak strength detrained after 17 days off from DL. 3x3-220kg@7.5.
