Spent five hours overnight in the ER, Soph had another croup attack. Fuck the parents that let their sick kid wander about.

Didn’t have the energy for the rep’d sets today.
 
Sluggish and fatigued today. All RPEs felt terrible.

Afternoon; couldn’t help myself as I’m at home minding Soph today. She gets tv, I get deadlifts :D

DL; 1-200kg, 225kg, 245kg@6, 265kg@8, 285kg@9.75. Much, MUCH better than last time, really happy with the form and the rep.

Hanging leg raises; 2x10.
 
DL; 3-200kg, 3-225kg, 1-245kg, 255kg, 265kg@8.5. Gave 285 a shot, should’ve gone for 275 which would’ve been there, 285 definitely wasn’t. 5x3-230kg. Few programming adjustments coming.

This week definitely went to shit as far as accessories and life interference go. Ah well, always next week.

Yu: max deadlift, or double or triple. Squat. Rows
Wed: rest/ish, upper body and core
Th; max deadlift, OHP, pull-ups
Fr; max deadlift, lots of back off sets, rows
Sa; OHP and core - when able to workout
 
DLP; 3-200kg, 220kg, 240 kg@6, 250kg@7, 260kg@8, 270kg@9, 280kg@9.5-9.75. Smoothest 280kg so far.

WG OHP; 5-65kg, 70kg, 3x5-70kg@7.
 
Issues with my cable row machine are pissing me off. Anyhow;


DL; 3-200kg, 225kg, 2-235kg@6, 245kg@7.5-8, 255@9, 265@9.75. Tough but able to complete. 265 is heaviest double I’ve done for a while. Triples were not going to happen.

Pull downs; 3x10-80kg.

Cable crunches; 2x12-50kg.

Searcher GMs; 5-60kg, 3,5,5 -80kg. Interesting. Liked them. Painful though on elbow crook.

Zercher GMs; 10-60kg, 80kg. Felt better in the elbow crook the second time around. Fantastic feeling on back and hips.

Fastest 285 yet. Reverted to toes out, high hips. Just seems to be my thing I suppose.

ZGM; 5-60kg, 80kg. Soph woke up 45min early, so things cut short there.

Cable rows; 3x8-120kg.

BB hypers; 3x3-100kg. Greater ROM now. Still prefer the zerchers though and will try to convince the mrs to get on board with expenditure for an SSB :D

ZGMs; 5-60kg, 80kg, 90kg, 100kg. Goddamn that last one hurt the elbow crook.

WG OHP; 5-60kg, 3-70kg, 75kg@7, 80kg@9. Had to rush it a bit.

The 285 was legitimate non-grinder. Strongest 285 to date.

Am pulling 280+ daily, hoping to increase to 290 daily as of next week or week after. 300 is well and truly in sights.
