"300 workout" creator interview - interesting read

Sounds like an even more cultish version of CrossFit. I like the brief view of the exercise selections for the weight lifting at least, but if this twit Twight really thinks he is some extreme trailblazer for combining tabata with weight lifting, he should know he's a bit behind the times. Tabata squats and other movements are nothing new. I even have an old spreadsheet somewhere in which I had a 3 day, full body routine split into a day of singles at close to 1 rep max, a day of more traditional 5x5 work, and followed by a day of tabata style weight training.
 
Not a lot of actual training info in there (if any at all), I just found the story interesting and brings up an on-going issue in the fitness industry (as opposed to regular people getting fit, working out etc) - being plagiarism.
