Im on my third HST cycle, and on the first two, my friend, who is very knowledgable about HST, has been telling me what to do. But now i am trying to do it myself, and i was wondering how often i should increase weight if i am working out five days a week. i still plan on doing it for eight weeks with negatives and all that, but on the basic HST, you only increase the weight six times, and you do it everydays. it should be a little bit different when going five times a week....
