Adjusting weight when going 5x a week

Im on my third HST cycle, and on the first two, my friend, who is very knowledgable about HST, has been telling me what to do. But now i am trying to do it myself, and i was wondering how often i should increase weight if i am working out five days a week. i still plan on doing it for eight weeks with negatives and all that, but on the basic HST, you only increase the weight six times, and you do it everydays. it should be a little bit different when going five times a week....
 
just increase the weight every 2nd or 3rd workout we dont know how long rbe lasts for but i would think using the same weight 3 times would be ok..good luck
