hey people!
i have one question: if i alter exercise between 2 workouts (for example incline and flat bench press) how should i increase the weights?
for example:
1. workout: flat bench pres with 100kg
2. workout: incline bench with 80kg
3. workout: flat bench press with 110
4. workout: incline with 90kg
... and so on until the end of the 2 week cycle (10 reps)

is this ok??

thanks

Welcome Branko.

That is exactly fine, lokk at the progression individually for each exercise.

Just adding on from this.  Say ur on your 10's and your are going to alternate between two different exercises of the 6 workouts, would you work out your 10rpm for each exercise (say dips/bench) and then work back 3 increments for each exercise so that come the 3rd workout of that exercise you hit the weight for that particular rpm?
