in what consist more exactly the split AM- PM trainning ?

An AM-PM split means to split your workout into two parts and do part in the morning and part in the evening.

You can split your workout up in a number of ways. You can do upper body and lower body, push muscles and pull muscles, or just do half your sets in the morning then return in the evening and basically repeat the AM workout.

I hope this makes sense.
