anterior pelvic tilt

    Hi I just found out I'm suffering from anterior pelvic tilt and I just would like to know if anyone has suffered from this condition and how they managed or managing to solve this ??

    Lengthen quads & hip flexors . Stretch regular.

    shortern hamstrings and activate glutes.

    Strengthen core , lengthen spinae erector

    also foam rolling on quads, piriformis , lower back and hip flexors help.
