Hey everybody,
Assuming you gain 2kg per month, by how much calories should you go up in the next? Do you adjust more calories weekly, biweekly or monthly?
I have a hard time gaining and I am consuming 3800kcal (workout days) and 3500kcal (non workout days) plus only a breakfast on Sundays at a bodyweight of 150 pounds/ 75kg.
So far I haven't plateaued and I was wondering when to move up?
