hey,

i remember a long time ago i read a posting and downloaded a .pdf file titled "australian abs". i remember it being a pretty neato program. i've searched the site a few times and can't seem to find the link to download the program from. could somebody please help me? i even googled it and couldn't find a link to download.

if you've done the program did you really find it impressive?

Could it be "Cinderblock Abs the Australian Way" (google for it).
The only ones I found require you to pay for the PDF though...
 
that's the pogram. it was 100% posted to be downloaded here a couple years ago. maybe the posting was taken down. i knew i shouldn't have deleted it when i got it. well if anybody reads this posting and you have the .pdf could you pm me and i'd really love a copy of it. thanks.

Although this cost me 10 U$D, no probs, I was the one who posted it for I feel it is good, however a little bit abusive to use in conjunction with the HST program, but certainly in between.

I used it for a while and it robbed my squats ever so slightly, also the rest of the program, so I stopped using it. It really kicks @$$ if I can say so, I had never done abs like that WOW!
