hey everyone i just signed up and this is my first post. . couple quick questions.. what kinda results have you guys reaped by following HST? it seems so simple and seems like your not hitting the muscles hard enough.. im accustomed to 2 body part per week splits with about 6 sets for small muscle groups and 9-12 sets for large muscle groups.. i have always gotten mediocre results and im slowly getting bigger but im wondering if anyone has experienced extraordinary gains in short amounts of time using HST?
