hi everyone could someone please point me in the direction of an introduction to some of the basic physiology behind BBing? I have been lifting on and off (mostly off) for years (about 7 years) but only recently have I become interested in how and why it actually works. This is what has attracted me to the HST site. I am learning a lot about nutrition at the moment, but reading the FAQ hit home how little I know about basic physiology and what actually happens when we lift weights. So if anyone could help me out with this, it would be great! thanks!!
