Body split

Could you get greater gains if you spilt up your body in days?

M= Upper Body
T= Lower body
W= Upper body
T= Lower body
F= Upper body
S= Lower body

Would this give the upper and lover body more energy to recorver?

Anyone got some experice with this?

Muscle (not CNS) recovery is not much of an issue with HST. There is no such thing as "supercompensation" of the muscle. Read the FAQ and it will all become clear to you. Also look for a thread named "alternate A/B split evrday VS fullBbdy split ".
 
If you're comparing your split to a 3 day routine then it will allow you to do greater volume and therefore probably be more beneficial.

If you're comparing to a 6 day all body routine then I would favour all body over a split as you'll be working each bodypart twice as frequently as the split and with at least as much volume overall. Some people might not like training each muscle everyday though so I guess it comes down to personal preference.
