So I attempted a cut, but ended up dropping the ball. I didn't eat properly at all and stopped working out for a month. I feel small, weak, and fat now. I'm thinking about just getting big again, but carb cycling it. Not really going to count calories, but will go high carbs, low fat, high protein on workout days and low carb, high fat, high protein on rest days. Going to just shove down whatever I can from 1pm to 11pm. Do you think this is viable to bulk with minimal fat gains? I know I should probably just eat alot and worry about cut later, but I'm hoping for other options.
