Caloric demands on a per movement basis

Curious as to how many calories, roughly, are expended for an average movement by an average muscle, over an average range, for an average weight, both concentric and eccentric.

Let's calibrate with these two movements:

* full squat with 200 pounds - average torso/limb ratios/insertions.

* bicep curl with 30 pounds - average elbow length/insertions.

OR:

Let's say you were on your 10's, and you did 3 sets each of the following exercises with decent weight

Weighted chins (160 pounds bodyweight + 30 on belt)
Weighted dips (30 on belt)
Squats (150 full range of motion)
slight incline presses (50 pounds)
concentration curls (40 pounds each arm)
close-grip bench (130 pounds)

Would the caloric expenditure be around 500? 1000? 2000?

Just looking for some ballpark figures here.

Weight training (30 min. session 40 sec. Rest between sets)
BodyW Calories
140 lbs. = 357
150 lbs. = 382
160 lbs. = 408
170 lbs. = 433
180 lbs. = 459
190 lbs. = 484
200 lbs. = 510
220 lbs. = 561
240 lbs. = 612
260 lbs. = 663
280 lbs. = 714
300 lbs. = 765

Is this on top of BMR?
