Go to the gym to use the bench and do floor presses at home. There is nothing wrong with having big, strong triceps...and that's what dumbell floor presses will do for you. They will help with the lockout on the bench too as your bench weight goes up. Yeah, I know HST isn't about putting up big numbers, but you will get stronger doing it just like with any other progressive program. As this happens, you are going to need more tricep strength to lockout that big bench you will eventually get.
