Carb backloading and other cutting tricks...

Hey... What's the dirtiest food you allow yourself in this?
Me, maybe waffles with syrup and butter... Bacon and fried eggs... Beer nuts... Ha! And the occasional beer or two..
 
Nothing at the moment apart from a bacon omelette every day, and yes beer is always a menu option (have to enjoy life)
 
I recently went on Champix for quitting smoking... What a drug! Jeez...
Started them on a Wednesday... Weighed myself that Friday... By Sunday morning, I was up almost 7lbs!
You don't poop and you hold water (among many other side effects) lol
That, started my first SD in a few months and Thanksgiving, I'm up overall about 5lbs, but still vascular and almost as defined.
Still following backloading during the week (basically more carbs/less protien than when I'm working out) but blowing it on weekends...
Can't wait to finish my sd and getting back lifting!
