I've had a year off, which was partly due to falling off a ladder and making a complete mess of my tibia.
I'm now about 89kg, with quite a bit less muscle and heaps more fat.
I'm planning to start working out tomorrow. My first goal is to lose some of the bodyfat I've accumulated. After two cutting cycles I'll do a hypertrophy cycle.
The only thing I can't do is leg work yet. No heavy squats and definetly no running.
