Changing Things Up

I have been doing HST for about 1.5 years (a bit off and on), however, I am thinking about switching gears and trying something different. What do you guys suggest for a change of pace? I love the quick workouts with HST, but sometimes it doesn't feel like I am really taxing the muscle (like when you do a body part or two per workout). I really don't know what new cool workout programs are all the rage right now, or should I just go with a tried and true 5x5. Thanks
