2) lying leg curls: 40 ibs
3) standing calf raises: 240 ibs
4) flat bench press: 155 ibs
5) t-bar rows: 155 ibs
6) dumbbell press: 15 kg
7) dumbbell shrugs: 25kg
8) skullcrushers: 65ibs
9) side laterals: 10 kg x 3 sets

forgot to do biceps. was feeling light
headed so skipped deadlifts. lucky only
false alarm but i was really depleted after that

lunch time cardio

did something different today.
did 1 min walk at 4.8 km/h then 2 mins run
at 11 km/h repeated over 4x

1) side lateral raises: 10 kg x 10 x 3
2) rear lateral machine : 50 ibs x 10 x 3

was kinda depressed today due to some
issues. was thinking bout the future &amp; it
kinda affected my mood but managed
to bring it under control for the workout.

did 3 mins of fast cycling to warm up
then e usual 30 mins incline walk at 3mph

1) side lateral raises: 12.5 kg x 10 x 2
2) seated bent over lateral raises: 6kg x 10 x 3

&amp; a struggling one at that)

for a moment i was dreaming &amp; thought
i had to do 15 for deadlifts then i woke up.
must be weekend mood. speaking of which
my extra HDD is feeling e same damn way.

10) deadlifts: 265 ibs (suppose to be 265
but simply lazy to put all e small weights) x 9

managed to squeeze out 9 reps today which is
so different &amp; e whole gym really stopped to watch
i even managed to let out a growl which i haven't
done in a long time &amp; w ppl watching u (couple
even said well done) it feels so different!!

7) dumbbell shrugs: 32.5kg
8) alt dumbbell curls (standing) 15 kg
9) skullcrushers: 75 ibs
10) deadlifts: 270 ibs
(actual 275 ibs for 4 + 1)

my friend suspects it's e heatsink which can't
absorb heat fast enough even though i've
e side panel opened up. but i'm not sure.
e shop said it'll take 1 day but i saw like another
3 pc waiting repairs too &amp; i'm still waiting for a reply.

as for hiting 300... not really sure if it's really possible.
my whole body seems to be falling apart at e current
poundage alridi. but i'll try.
