wk 4 day 1 (10s)
1) front squats: 130 ibs
2) lying leg curls: 50 ibs
3) standing calf raises: 260 ibs
4) flat bench press: 165 ibs (2nd set 8+2, almost stuck under
bar)
5) t-bar rows: 165 ibs
6) dumbbell press: 20 kg
7) dumbbell shrugs: 27.5kg
8) alt dumbbell curls (standing) 12.5 kg
9) skullcrushers: 70 ibs
10) deadlifts: 260 ibs (could only manage 7
& a struggling one at that)
for a moment i was dreaming & thought
i had to do 15 for deadlifts then i woke up.
must be weekend mood. speaking of which
my extra HDD is feeling e same damn way.
